We sell one product. This page explains, without conditions buried in small print, when you get your money back and how to ask for it.

The short version: the Summer French Gamebook carries a thirty-day money-back guarantee. Write to us within thirty days of buying the PDF, and we refund the full price. You are not asked to justify yourself, and you keep the file.

The thirty-day guarantee

This applies to the PDF edition of the Summer French Gamebook, bought directly on this website.

What it covers

  • Window: thirty days from the date of purchase.
  • Amount: the full price paid.
  • Condition: none. You do not have to explain why.

You keep the file. We do not ask you to delete it, and we have no way of checking whether you did, so pretending otherwise would be theatre.

Why we offer it

A drill book either fits how you work or it does not, and no sales page can settle that for you. The guarantee exists so that finding out costs you nothing.

It also keeps us honest: we cannot oversell a product we have to refund on demand.

Printed copies

The paperback edition is sold and shipped by Amazon, not by us. That distinction matters for returns.

Amazon handles it

Returns, refunds and delivery problems for the printed book are governed by Amazon’s own returns policy and handled through your Amazon account. We never see that transaction and cannot refund it.

What we can still do

If a printed copy arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us anyway. We cannot process the refund, but a printing fault is something we need to know about and take up with the printer.

Duplicate orders and technical problems

Two situations that are not really refund questions, but reach us as if they were.

You were charged twice

Send us the order number and we refund the duplicate. This is not counted against the thirty-day guarantee, and there is no time limit on it.

The file will not download

Write to us and we send it to you directly. A delivery problem is ours to fix, not a reason for you to lose the purchase. If we cannot get you a working file, we refund it.

How to ask, and what happens next

One email is enough. There is no form to fill in and no ticket system to navigate.

Timing

We process refunds when we read the email, usually within a couple of days. The money then takes as long as your bank or card issuer takes to show it, which is typically a few working days and is outside our control.

Statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have rights concerning digital content that exist independently of any guarantee we offer. Nothing on this page reduces them.
