Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on frenchtoenglish.com from French to English (“we”, “us”). It covers digital downloads, private lessons, and subscriptions sold directly on our site.

1) Digital products (e-books, downloads, templates)

  • Instant downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
  • If you experience a technical issue and cannot access your file, email us within 7 days of purchase. We will help you resolve it or issue a refund if we cannot provide working access.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error will be refunded when you contact us with your order number.

2) Private lessons (1:1)

  • Cancellations/rescheduling ≥ 24 hours before the lesson start time: full refund or one free reschedule.
  • Cancellations < 24 hours or no-shows: non-refundable. We’ll do our best to reschedule once at our discretion.
  • Trial lessons are non-refundable once booked.
  • Bundles/packs: unused sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase if none have been taken.

3) Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by email; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not prorate or refund partial months already started.

4) Coupons & gift cards

  • Coupons and promo codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied after checkout.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered unless required by law.

5) Third-party marketplaces

Purchases made via third parties (for example, Amazon links on our Library page) are covered by the seller’s own refund policy. Please contact that seller directly.

6) How to request a refund

  • Email contact@frenchtoenglish.com from the address used at checkout.
  • Include your order number, the product or lesson name, and a brief reason.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by your bank may take 5–10 business days.

7) Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can help quickly. Unresolved issues can escalate, but friendly resolution is usually fastest for everyone.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Any material changes will apply going forward from the date above.
